About Us

It is the goal of Apple Tree Archery, LLC to educate, support and help fine tune our customers’ skills while helping boost their passion and enthusiasm for the sport of archery. We intend to offer the highest quality archery products including Mathews, Mission and Hoyt at a fair price to assist our customers in achieving their archery goals. We provide bow maintenance, service and repairs as well as custom arrow building and fletching. You and your family will be able to enjoy a snack or beverage at our new bar while perfecting your skills at our 30 yard indoor range. We will be signing up competitive leagues in the evenings for adults and Saturday mornings for kids. It is our hope that Apple Tree Archery, LLC will be a destination location for the whole family to enjoy.

As you may have already guessed, the store is under new management. The new owner, Eric Caylor, is very excited to help you feel welcome in the new store and is hoping to fill winter leagues on Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays starting in January.

Eric has had a passion for archery and bow hunting for 34 years. He has spent the last 24 years working all over the world as a commercial diver/underwater construction contractor and is now ready to settle down and try his hand at archery retail sales and service. Eric is married to Kathleen Caylor and together they have two daughters, Lorelei and Anneleise.

Message from Eric… I want anyone who visits Apple Tree Archery to feel like they belong there. I will do my best to operate a business that is fair and fun for all. Modifications are already underway to help create a better flow in the retail store so that our customers can be helped quickly and with the highest quality. We are installing a “try a new bow” shooting area right in the retail store so that new customers do not need to try a new bow for the first time out in front of everyone on the range. This was always very intimidating to me when I first started shooting or was looking at a new bow and I hope it encourages new interest from potential clients that are on the fence if they want to try this out or not.

I am installing a second bathroom to help encourage women and kids to take part in open shooting and leagues. I also hope to start a youth league Saturday mornings over the winter.

I will continue to stock many of the products that Brunner’s Archery carried and I will be adding some new items as well. Over the years I have experimented with many name brands of bows, sights, rests, arrows… I have my favorites that work for me and I will try to carry what I believe in. On the same note, I feel that everyone has their own opinion as to what is the best product that works for them. I will do my best to keep an open mind and show you, the customer, different options and let you decide what works best for you. I do not want to be a pushy sales person. I want to outfit you with the products that work the best for you, to give you every chance at success in this wonderful sport.
